This Privacy Policy describes how My Agents LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the AMS — Agent Management System application ("AMS," or the "App"), available as a web application at AgentMan.us, as a Windows desktop application, and as an Android application.
AMS is designed to keep your data on your own device. Your AI provider API keys, your chat conversations, and your project data are stored locally on your device only. We do not operate servers that store, see, or have access to this information.

AMS is a software tool that connects to third-party artificial intelligence ("AI") service providers — such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT, DALL-E), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), DeepSeek, and Perplexity AI — using API credentials that you provide. AMS routes your questions to the AI provider it determines is best suited to the task, based on performance data generated from your own usage and feedback.
We do not operate a backend server that receives, stores, or processes the following information. It is stored exclusively on your own device:
On the desktop application, this information is stored in your operating system's local application data and, where applicable, your operating system's secure credential store (such as Windows Credential Manager). On the web and Android applications, this information is stored in your browser's or device's local storage. We do not have the technical ability to access, view, or retrieve this information from your device.
When you use AMS to send a question to a connected AI provider, AMS transmits your question, relevant conversation history, and your API key directly from your device to that AI provider's own servers — for example, directly to Anthropic's API, or directly to OpenAI's API. This transmission does not pass through, or get logged by, any server operated by My Agents LLC.
Each AI provider's own privacy policy and terms govern how that provider handles the information you send to it. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any AI provider you choose to connect to AMS:

We collect limited information directly, only in the following circumstances:
If you voluntarily submit your email address through the waitlist form on our website (AgentMan.us), we collect and store that email address for the purpose of contacting you about AMS product updates and availability. You may request deletion of this information at any time by emailing us at the address above.
Our website hosting provider (Netlify) and, where applicable, the Google Play Store, may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, device type, operating system, and app crash diagnostics, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not separately layer additional analytics or advertising tracking on top of this.
AMS is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. AMS requires API credentials from third-party AI services, which are generally not intended for use by children.
Because API keys, conversations, and project data are stored locally on your device rather than on servers we operate, the security of that information depends substantially on the security of your own device. We recommend you use standard device security practices, such as device passcodes/biometric locks and keeping your operating system updated. On desktop, API keys are stored using your operating system's secure credential storage facility where available.
Any waitlist email addresses we do collect (Section 5.1) are stored using industry-standard security practices appropriate to that limited dataset.
Because chat conversations, project data, and API keys are stored only on your own device, you control retention and deletion of that information directly: you may delete individual API keys, individual conversations, or projects from within the App at any time, or uninstall the App entirely to remove all locally stored AMS data from your device.
For the limited information we do collect directly (waitlist email addresses), you may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the email address in Section 1.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and the right to know what categories of information we collect and why. Because AMS is designed so that the substantial majority of your data never reaches us, exercising these rights with respect to your AMS usage data is generally accomplished directly within the App, on your own device, as described in Section 8. For the limited information we do hold directly (Section 5), you may contact us using the information in Section 1 to exercise these rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of AMS after a revised policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
